Treasurers Responsibilities
The Fayette County Treasurer's Office is the County Banker, the Chief Tax Collector, and the County's Investment Officer.
The Fayette County Treasurer serves on the County Budget Commission, the Board of Revision, and the Data Processing Board.
Real Estate Taxes
Due Dates:
1st Half: February 15, 2022
2nd Half: June 14, 2022
Any taxes paid after the due dates will accrue a 10% Penalty & Interest
Manufactured Home Tax
Due Dates:
1st Half: March 1, 2022
2nd Half: August 1, 2022
Any taxes paid after the due dates will accrue a 10% Penalty & Interest

This allows you to spread your payments throughout the year, Instead of two lump sum payments.
