The Fayette Metropolitan Housing  Choice Voucher waiting list is closed effective 3/25/2022.
The list will remain open for Veterans, Disabled (between ages 18-61), and terminally ill.

The Fayette Metropolitan Housing Authority Board meets quarterly on the second Tuesday in March, June, September, and December on the forth floor in the County Administration Building at 133 S. Main St, Washington C. H., Ohio

Our Mission
The Purpose of (FMHA) is to provide decent, safe and sanitary housing for the low-income families. In order to be eligible for our programs, there are income limits that cannot be exceeded, depending on your family size. (Income limits are subject to change annually.) The Fayette Metropolitan Housing Authority (FMHA) is federally funded through the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD).
