Procedure
for “Testing Fayette
County
Weather
Systems”

- Testing
of out-door warning sirens and in-door weather monitor systems will occur on
the 4th. Friday at 12 noon
for operational concerns (unless threaten conditions).

- Test for the
malls will be conducted between 8:30 –
8:45 A.M..

- After the test is performed, locations having monitors must
contact the
Fayette
County
Sheriff Dept. or the
Washington
C.H. Fire Dept. to acknowledge having received the test. A copy of the
results will be sent to the Fayette County Emergency Management Agency
office for review and filing.

- The
responsibility for maintaining indoor monitors shall be born by the agency
having use of the units. (schools, business, nursing homes, etc.)
