Program Mission:
To promote and assure that all Fayette County citizens have access to
confidential, high quality, culturally competent reproductive health and
family planning services that foster healthy communities and prevent
unwanted pregnancy.

The Family Planning Program is supported by local
funding and clinic fees.

Eligibility:
 | All women of childbearing age are welcome |
 | Minors may be seen without parental consent
|
 | All clients are seen by appointment |

Services:
To receive Family Planning services, you need to become a client of the
program. To become a client:
 | Make an appointment to complete the paperwork and get a physical
exam |
 | If you have had a normal postpartum check up within three months of
your visit here, it may not be necessary to get another exam
|
 | If you have not had the postpartum check up or if it was more than
three months ago, an exam will be necessary |
