Zoning Violations

If new construction or additions are occuring in the community that require zoning permits, the zoning inspector will make an effort to notify the property owners that they are in violation of the zoning and building codes. If the violation continues, the zoning inspector will issue a zoning violation which will describe the violation and provide the property owners with course of action and spell out their rights.
